Stefana

As we are getting married in a Serbian Church, we will have 'Stefana' or Wedding Crowns.

Mind you, when I asked S about this he had no idea.

Apparently he has already asked a couple to be our kumovi or kum. This means that they will be our godparents/witnesses for the day. Don't ask me any more details as I don't know anything. We are meeting with them on Saturday for a big wog lunch and to discuss the finer details. Finally, someone will tell me what our ceremony will involve!!

These are some of the crowns that I like, some people have massive hoochie crowns, but thats not how we roll.
Otherwise I just want a simple pearl one.
S doesnt care as long as it doesnt wreck his hair (He didn't say that but thats what I imagine he would say!!)

I also heard that the church can lend you the crowns, but I definately want to buy ours.

Edited to add: I also like this plain pearl one. It's a bargain from an eBay store.
