Two Faced.

Ned, one of my lovely turtles grew a second head last month.

Well, not quite.

He had a build up of disgusting stuff that formed a big abscess on the inside of his mouth.

I didn't have it in me to clean it out my self so took him to the vet yesterday.

The Vet had to lance it, and something the size of a large pea come out.

I am the WORST owner ever.

It is so hard to get him out into the sunlight though, we live on the 7th floor in the CBD so rarely does sunlight hit the balcony.

Sigh.

He really needs the sunlight to strive, whereas Alby seems fine with just the UV globe in the tank.

Hopefully it will not come back again, my poor baby.
