I had my weekend in Townsville & Loved it!

We had a delicious BBQ on the Sunday and I usually don't like BBQ but this was delish.

My brother Lucas & his Army buddies manned the BBQ, all whilst being topless and I was paranoid that they would get oil splashed on them and be badly burnt. They assured me they know what they are doing.
These are Mums garlic butter mushrooms, they are beyond delish.

Mum: "Quick, come in here and learn how to do these"

This is what she says everytime she is cooking something.

Ashleigh-Rose caught this big Trevalli in the river, so of course it was cooked on the BBQ also!

She was very proud of course.

Mum caught these 2 mud crabs in the river also, and saved them both for me.

Someone kept stealing the crabs from the crab pot, and then went an extra scumbag step and stole the whole crab pot.

Mum did her motherly duty and got all the meat out for me, cutting her hands in the process.
