Easy Meal



We all need a quick, healthy, delicious meal every now and then, this is one of my favourites.
All you need is:


- Rice (I use Sun Rice 90 second rice)
- Avocado
- Tuna (in oil, drained)
- Soy Sauce.

Cook the rice in the microwave as per packet instructions, chop up the avocado (use the whole thing), drain the tuna and add to rice mixture, add a splash of soy to taste and voila! A tasty, nutritious light meal made in minutes.

It doesn't look amazing, but tastes fab.
Perfect meal for after the gym I find.
