Nothing Flash.

I tried OPI 'Comet loves Cupid' for the first time last night, and it was a mess to work with.

Went on incredibly streaky and lumpy. After 3 coats this was the best I could get out of it.

I would have taken it off had S not nearly been dying of the smell already.

I think that if it was easy to apply, not streaky or lumpy the colour would actually be quite nice.
Does anyone else have this problem??
