Shingles.

So, my brother Lucas is in the photo below.

Looking quite pansy like sipping his cocktail.

Mum: Lucas is in the hospital, he has chicken pox

Me: He had chicken pox when he was little. What a pansy.

Mum: Well, how come he has it again?

Me: Dunno....

Mum: Oh my god. It's shingles. He could have a stroke, go blind or die.

Me: Your telling me he is in hospital because he has chicken pox?

Poor Mum is freaking out (Lucas lives in Townsville whilst we are all in Melb).
