Dinner last night at Waterfront Station Pier in Port Melbourne.
Roast butternut pumpkin risotto, pine nuts & crme frache.Delicious. 10/10!
Blue eye fillet, cauliflower cream, spinach, forest mushroom.Not a fan. 4/10
A tasting of the following:Lavender infused creme brulee, Australian native bee honeycomb ice cream.
Caramelized passionfruit tart, vanilla bean, whipped mascarpone.
Coconut pannacotta, pineapple carpaccio and kaffir lime leaf ice-cream. (This was quite tart tasting, and I would definately never try it again!)
White, dark Callebaut chocolate, hazelnut semi fredo, pickled berries.
As you can see, my Birthday is a 3 week affair.
