What I am draped in..

Today is just a boring plain outfit.

I love this skirt, it is a size too big for me, but it does not fall off so I'll live.

The under layer is meant to be skin tight, but never mind.
I I can never get my belts to stick together nicely, I think I need to start using double sided tape. It drives me mental.
Any ideas?
