I picked up this Scanlan & Theodore Dress on sale which always makes me happy.

It has Silk lining which feels great.

I like the simplicity of it alot.

I am trying to get back on the fitness wagon.

I have only been going once a week which is pretty slack.

Last night I went for a brisk walk with Lacey around the tan, came home with multiple mosquito bites and dined on chocolate licorice logs and then this morning I went to the 6:30AM Body Pump class.

Oh yeah. I feel the burn.

Must go to body pump twice a week minimum and do cardio/weights 3 times a week!
