Never too young for Red Lipstick.

I doubt that my Mum would agree with me on this, she did not like me wearing black clothes until I was about 13, but, I would like to demonstrate that you are never too young to wear red lipstick, as I tested on Ashleigh-Rose whilst looking after her tonight.

She cleaned my bathroom. I'm not kidding. She is 7!! She came out and said "Poppet. Can I PLEASE clean your bathroom???" I nearly fell off the couch. What a God Send.

I drew the line at her wanting to scrub my shower door. I don't understand how she finds it fun?!!? I'm not going to lie, I didn't stop her from cleaning the basin etc. Gotta make the kid happy.

I did not have any make up on today, but wore my red lippy anyway to try and brighten up my face.

Black on Black

Black on Black is a bish to photograph, ecspecially when in a bathroom and the photo is taken with an iPhone.

I've started to wear long sleeved dresses and tops under other dresses in order to make them more winter appropriate, and to save money on buying new clothes.

I ran the tan last night, and then briskly walked home. My legs and glutes are a little bit achy today.

Half way through running the hill, I felt like my ribs were expanding and my bra was crushing me to death.

I am joining a boot camp next week, am very excited about it!

Bring on the pain.

Late Night Mickey D

Last night Celeste, Vanessa and I headed out to Jett Black on Greville Street again.

I love that moment when you get to the end of a very long line and you hear "Oh, these girls are regulars, let them straight in" - the power of being a group of 3 girls!!

I was having an ugly night so no photos were taken, except by the official photographer so maybe I will share that when it goes online.

I started the night in a fitted coral long sleeve dress, but knew I would sweat it up if I was dancing in the sauna that is Jett Black so changed into this Jane Lamerton dress.

I have gotten a lot of wear out of this dress considering I bought it on Wednesday before Easter.

I wore it to my Nannas funeral, to Easter Church and then to work during the week!!

I have never worn a dress 4 times in 2 weeks!!!

I feel pretty bad for constantly declining the guy who runs the night, when he adds me on facebook (he doesn't get the hint after 4 declines..) now that he was so nice last night.

Of course we had to have The Late Night Meal of Champions after Jett Black. We literally drove around for 20 minutes looking for a McDonalds.
